How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who reach out to Fairlycharged Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Fairlycharged Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The way a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Fairlycharged Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.
What to Send
Email contact@fairlycharged.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Once we finish, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
