Fairlycharged Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. We connect homeowners in the Lorain area with independent providers of walk-in tubs and accessible showers. These are not jobs with us. You run your own business and keep your own customers.

Who we work with

We look for independent contractors who handle:

• Residential walk-in tub installation and tub replacement
• Walk-in showers and handicap accessible showers
• Safe bathing conversions in houses of many ages

Experience with older frame houses, bungalows and ranch homes is a plus. So is comfort with basements, sump pumps and tricky plumbing.

What we expect

Homeowners deserve straight talk. We ask providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Give clear, written quotes
• Explain what could change the price once walls are open
• Be honest about timing, including winter and spring weather
• Treat every homeowner with patience and respect

We do not do the work, and we do not supervise it. You are responsible for your own jobs.
